In this episode I am walking around in the neighbourhood of Charoen Nakhon Road near Soi 9. Along the way I discover a very large cut off tree trunk.
In this video I am walking across the Taksin Bridge. Not many people walk across the bridge, because it is so warm outside, and there are other options like taking a car, BTS SkyTrain or the ferry boat.
The Taksin Bridge (Thai: สะพานสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราช) is a bridge crossing the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, Thailand. The bridge was designed with a large gap between opposing traffic directions to accommodate a canceled mass transit system. The disused foundations were eventually adapted for the BTS Skytrain, with train services across the bridge beginning on 5 December 1999. The bridge was named after King Taksin.
This episode contains various random shots around Bangkok. There is also a part where 2 musicians play a beautiful song. I would like to know the name of this song. If you know the name of this song, please let me know in the comments.
This video starts with a shot of several workers very high up making repairs on a billboard without wearing any safety equipment. After that we are on the way to Victory Monument to try the boat noodles. We take the skytrain and you can see how civilised everything is going even during rush hour. We tried 2 different boat noodles restaurants.
Just a bit of walking around in Bangkok.
